[ipad] What are some of the common questions you get about iOS & iDevices?

We have a college conference coming up and I've been asked to put on a Q&A for users with iPads, iPhones etc. and they want me to go over some of the basics for new users or those whom are not all that tech friendly.

I support these devices as they come into our tech office but I'd like to make a list to go over some of the common questions that people would have. I'm thinking more questions home users would have.
