Students 2D Design keeps crashing .

When one of our students tries to run 2D Design it keeps crashing, the error this program has stopped.

It's a puzzle as the student logs into any computer in our school and every time it stops working, any other pupil logs on to the same machine and the program runs perfectly.

They can run any other program with no issues at all.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Nope... but I would create the student a new account and disable the old non working one.

If we have a problem like this before creating a new user we might delete the user profile. Our users have roaming profiles and these profiles are stored on/downloaded from a server share.

 

We have had to delete user profiles for students when they have set a preference that makes the machine difficult to use or when their profile has become corrupt for some reason.

Thank you both for the advice, we've deleted and created a new profile for the student. All working now
