Hi all,

I have a random issue where duplicate folders appear in User's Start menu folders.

User's have Documents, My Documents, Pictures, My Pictures etc.

I have enabled the check box for User Conf> Admin Templates> Start Menu & Taskbar> Remove user's folders from the Start Menu.

Is there a way to remove or hide the folders as staff and pupils keep saving to the wrong folder (which is not the redirected folder)?

I have the same issue descried above but I get duplicate folders in the user's home directory. I notice one folder i.e Documents would point towards a server location and the other duplicate folder would point towards C:\Users\

In Group Policy, User Configuration -> Policies -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User Profiles -> Exclude directories in roaming profiles (Desktop;Documents;Music;Pictures;Videos;Saved Games for us) - this assumes you've got those folders redirected.

To OP - have you got your Start Menu redirected in Group Policy?
