MrKJLS Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 (edited) Hi, The site formatting seems to keep going strange for me. Don't know if it's me, or if it's you guys. I need to keep pressing F5 for site the to correctly load I'm using Chrome 49 64x on Windows 7 64x Edited April 6, 2016 by MrKJLS Additional Screenshots and added more details 1
MrKJLS Posted April 6, 2016 Author Posted April 6, 2016 Investigating this right now, thanks. That must be the quickest response i've ever got when submitting a ticket for something!
MrKJLS Posted April 6, 2016 Author Posted April 6, 2016 Investigating this right now, thanks. Certain Post's also seem to be coming up blank as well
6Foot2 Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Not seeing any of the problems described above at the moment. Browser: Chrome: Version 49.0.2623.110 beta-m (64-bit) O/S: Windows 7 Pro: 64 Bit 1
ZeroHour Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 (edited) It seems to happen on first hit to the site when all the Windows are closed down but thanks to Dave's working report I think It may be theme based. Rebulding the themes right how to see if that fixes it. Edit: rebuilding themes takes up to an hour. Edited April 6, 2016 by ZeroHour 1
MrKJLS Posted April 6, 2016 Author Posted April 6, 2016 The issue has seemed to have disappeared. I will keep this thread updated if I see it anymore! 1
SteveBentley Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 The last post in every thread is missing for me (using Chrome at the moment), I can see the text if I view source so obviously an HTML markup or rendering issue rather than a database one. Suspect it may be related to the advert displayed? 1
elsiegee40 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 This happened to vikpaw this morning. He cleared cache and restarted and it sorted itself out 1
DJ-1701 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 (edited) Both @Boredguy and I are also having issues with the last post being missing on a mix of browsers Waterfox, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Clearing cache doesn't make any difference. After refreshing the page about 4 times I seem to be able to access information from the last post. Very strange... SteveBentley Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 I notice the last post appears between comments google_ad_section_start and google_ad_section_end - could it be that something intended to only show the ad if you're not logged in has gone awry? If I log out I can see the last posts. 1
MrKJLS Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Update: I've seen the site random lose the last post, like in my screenshot above. But this was on my work computer. OS: Windows 10 Edu Browser: Vivaldi 1
vikpaw Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 It was all of the above for me. Refreshing or going back and forth eventually would fix it.
