Issue with accessing a particular site on Firefox only

Hi

 

On firefox I am unable to load a particular website which has animated graphics.

 

Its fine in Chrome. The site with the issue is https://cybermap.kaspersky.com/

 

Does anyone know if I need set something in Firefox for this to work? If anyone else can try and confirm they having the same issue it would be most appreciated as I want to get this site up and running on our wall board TV. We can't use another browser as we have cctv cameras which rely on Quicktime and MOV files which isnt supported on Chrome.

 

IE isnt an option for us either. I have tried IE tab and various other add-ons to make it think its using Chrome but it doesnt work.

It works OK in my FF - I'm running version 15.0.1 - BTW the site makes the disk in the PC work hard.

Site works perfectly in (64-bit) Firefox 45.0.1 on Windows 10 with nVidia graphics card.

Maybe its a graphics card issue then as its just a business PC I am using which won't really be tailored for graphics.

 

I have the latest version of firefox installed on the 32-bit PC.

Javascript turned off maybe? (preferences, security, enable javascript.... I think).

I have Firefox v45.0 installed and it works ok for me.

 

Do you have the Adobe Flash Player Plugin up to date? the latest version is v21.0.0.197

The screensaver version of the Cybermap has the following system requirements so it could just be that you need a higher-spec PC?

My PC has an SSD so that probably explains why the disk activity was barely noticeable.
