Website management in WordPress

There doesn't seem to be a caterogy for website. We have a website that was created using WordPress, does anyone know of anyone or any company who would be willing to offer support and major changes to our website on a request only basis?

I am starting a business to sell ebooks and video courses online with a premium theme from TemplateMonster and a couple of additional free plugins for better SEO. I know that additional costs may be incurred for updates and website maintenance in this type of online business, so I'm interested to know how much do professional developers charge these days for effective website maintenance. Some reliable company recommendations (preferably Georgia-based, but not necessarily) are also highly appreciated.
