Date and Time not synchronised to server

So the CMOS battery went on a PC, and I can't log in to the domain.

 

So I've logged in locally. The date and time are all set to the correct time now, also in the bios. However I still can't connect to the server as it thinks the date and time aren't synchronised.

 

I've tried a few different options to push the synchronisation, however, everything asks for domain admin to authenticate access, but my credentials won't authenticate due to not being connected (I guess?).

 

Anyone know a way around this without re-imaging?

Hmm. Normally setting the date/time on the PC as close as possible to the actual time on the server is enough to resolve this for me. Have you double checked the date?

try doing net time /set to ensure its synced.

**facepalm** the year is set to 10016... Which actually seems a bit odd, as I think it's a 'pre-select' list.

 

However, I can't change it anyway as it's prompting for admin authorisation which it won't accept...

If all else fails, let the battery go flat again and start from scratch setting the date/time on the bios.
