That's two different people that have sent me an invite and neither time have I got it, maybe Microsoft don't want me after all the complaining feedback I've hassled them with on the Windows 10 preview program.

Just done a quick bit of digging for you and found this on the official Xbox forums

 

An invite will fail if the account is non adult, or if the invitee has had any bans or warnings for anything over the last 12 months.

 

I'm assuming the first doesn't apply, but have you had any bans or warnings from Microsoft?

not as far as I'm aware, not had a ban or a warning in my past 8 years of Live

You only get a message when they release a new insider build, thats when you get added to the program usually.
