[sims] Restricting student access to SIMS

We are rolling out SIMS using SOLUS, which is proving not to be the most friendly thing in the world.

 

Is there a way through Group Policy that we can restrict the usage of SIMS to a specific security group for example?

Can't you just use Software restriction to block the SIMs exe etc if that's what you mean? Not sure why though if they don't have a login

 

Or did you mean in regards to Solus GUI access?

Don't assign the program set to student user types?

Are you deploying SIMS to more than just Staff machines?

If yes, then SIMS usage is controlled by logins.
