Corero/Civica Server being so difficult

Hi All,

 

We have the most bizarre issue with our finance system- Civica. It has been working fine for the past two months that I have worked at my new place. Below is a screenshot of the issue:

 

 

This error appears when some users try to approve financial documents via the web portal. It is not the user, but the machine as we have tried doing this on a different laptop/desktop. I have found a way to make it work on the affected computer. You login to the web portal on IE, go to the requisition you want to approve, then you copy the URL, paste it in to Google Chrome and it works. When you do it via chrome on its own, it doesn't. This issue is so bizarre that I have hope that I've explained this clearly enough. We already have the software developer team looking into this but I also would like an opinion from the forum- does this look like a browser issue to you or the Civica server being a douche?

 

All the support at Civica is stumped by this problem and nobody seems to have an idea what is causing this.
