random staff cannot connect to RDS 2012 Solution

Hi

 

I am just finishing off my schools new rds solution, but when running tests with staff I have had a few state that when they login through the rd web access page.

If they click on either the remote apps or the remote desktop link it prompts for authentication again. But it wont let them connect. I find it strange as 5 other staff were logged on fine when looking at the rds server connections. Don't think it's the SSL certificate as they are not getting any prompts. Any idea what could be causing this?

You running win 7 ? Iirc the update to rdc 7.1 broke some of our laptops. Will did out the kb tomorrow

Had loads of problem with talk talk and teachers connecting many staff changed providers
