What make of USB cat5 extenders do you recommend that actually work with the promethean boards? I know there are c2g ones that work, but others would be good. Many thanks Jon
Julian Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 WE had a problem where the length of the USB cable was to long, we solved it by putting a powered USB hub after 5M (Smart board is now interactive).
jon_nais Posted March 2, 2016 Author Posted March 2, 2016 we use 5m active extensions, however they are starting to be less and less reliable, especially when the original ActivBoards do not like USB 3 ports.
