£15ph Paye - £19ph umbrella (negotiable)

My client a well-established School in the Liverpool/Cheshire area is seeking to appoint a Data and assessment analyst/ data manager/ sims manager/ MIS manager. Your duties will be to provide the School with effective support by carrying out a range of information management functions to enhance learning and teaching through the effective analysis, manipulation, monitoring and utilisation of information and data.

General Responsibility / Accountability – SIMS / DATA

· Comprehensive management and maintenance of the assessment manager package, importing and exporting, recording and analysis of attainment data.

· Ensure all core systems and procedures are up to date.

· Prepare all examinations results and self-evaluation data for senior leadership, Governors and Local Authorities

· Responsible for all aspects of SIMS including the maintenance, usage and setup of all modules including end of year procedures – acting as 1^st line support.

· Lead a team of key SIMS user to develop their understanding and experiences of the relevant SIMS modules. (ie: Assessment manager, examinations and cover)

· Act as leadership support for the data and performance team.

· Carry out quality checks on all data / Support prep of data for OFSTED.

Essential skills

· Proven competence of SIMS / RAISEonline / Assessment Manager / Life Learning Platform. ( Advanced ICT Skills )

· Knowledge and understanding of the School examination programme and associated responsibilities.
