jslate1980 Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Hi My schools current Cisco IP Telephony is in need of replacement. With my decision to go with hyper-V instead of VM Ware I am a bit stuck as CCUM/Zeacom voicemail cannot be run on hyper-V environment. I am currently looking at other solutions and wondering if anyone is using Skype for Business Unified Comms? Regards Jon

Regards Jon Not in an Edu setting anymore but we have all our offices globally on it (well Lync 2013 so the same thing) doing full PBX replacement and its great Why won't CCUM / Zeacom run on Hyper-V out of interest is it they just dont support it but it would work or is this some fundamental failure of the system?
jslate1980 Posted February 16, 2016 Author Posted February 16, 2016 Looking at cisco CUCM requirements its not supported. As for Zeacom I think it will work, but our current telephony support provider have stated it won't. Being honest I don't think Cisco is the right solution for my school.
