hardtailstar Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Has anyone got the driver for the Intel Play Qx3 Microscope for Win7 32 bit or a link to it. Googling has brought up dead links. Thanks in advance
PotNoodleTech Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 These are from the era of Windows 98/ME/2000 so good luck finding a Windows 7 driver!
LeMarchand Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 I've got the software, version 2.11.15.0. I can't remember whether it's any good for W7, but have vague memories of it working in Compatibility Mode. IIRC installing the software installed the drivers. No longer at the school that had one to check. PM me if any good to you. 1

I can't remember whether it's any good for W7, but have vague memories of it working in Compatibility Mode. IIRC installing the software installed the drivers. Blue_Cookeh Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Give the old drivers a go, if not PM me tomorrow and I can send you the files I used to get them working on our Win7 machines. I haven't tested with Win8.1 or 10, I told management tough luck by that point. 1

synaesthesia Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Just chucked 3 of those out at one of my schools!
Patrick Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Same. I binned a few when we went 64bit in school.
PrimaryTech Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Intel Play was bought (I think) by DigiBlue years ago. Could be worth giving them an email as they produced a QX7 'scope that was compatible with Windows 7: Digital Blue Store
northeast_technician Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 did anyone resolve this? having the same issue at one of my schools
Blue_Cookeh Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 All binned! Think we decided that we had a good 13/14 years of life out of them...
