Partition USB Stick

Hi, anyone know how to create partitions on a USB stick? I want to use bitlocker on 1 partition and not on the other (plug into my TV to watch stuff).

Should do it (never used it for that purpose though). Not sure if the TV would recognise the different partitions, but there's one way to find out...
