Screen Recording & Voice Annotation Software

Hi All,

 

I'm after some Windows software that could be used by our students to record their computer screens, while using microphones to voice annotate over it then export to for example a video file.

 

Any ideas on anything out there?

Microsoft expression, think it is free for short clips.

Expression Encoder does screen capture. Expression Web is for websites.
