Hi All,

I have been in my School Since June and weare getting a New Head Teacher and she has required a new laptop, anyway I have ordered Office 2016 from Pugh Computers Ltd.

I have never done this before so eeekkkkkk!

Any way they took my order, fine,

I got an agreement from Microsoft to read through and sign, Done

I have a MSN email that we use for Skype or anything MSN.

I now have an email, Select Plus Affiliate Registration Acceptance Notice - Agreement Number 000000 - Public Customer Number 0000000{~900000000~}

Now I sign in at https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/

but I get a page,

[h=4]Thank you for registering[/h]

The business email address provided during registration is not affiliated with an Open License and/or Volume License Agreement.

Next steps you can take are:

  1. Verify you provided the correct business email. You have currently registered with ict@..................... If this is not correct, please click this link to register a different business email.
  2. Add an Open License to your profile. You will need to provide a valid Open Authorization and License Number.
  3. Contact your agreement administrator and request to be added to the agreement using the business email above.

But thats as far as i can get!

Any Help would be great

mark.

Call the MS volume licensing service and get them to add your agreement to your account. I've dealt with this twice, the first time I waited 6 weeks and it didn't happen so called them and it was fixed in 20 minutes. The second time they added the agreement themselves within 48 hours.

I think the UK number is 0203 147 4930
