Haha, were I used to work we used to joke about how tnt must be doing donuts in their vans before delivering our pc's as loads were getting battered, our regular guy always denied it tho!

This explains why half your YODEL packages arrive battered.

 

Reminds me of a funny story, we ordered takeaway one night and it had been snowing pretty heavily. The guy arrived, gave us our food, we paid, he went on our way. Then we realised there was no cheesy garlic bread. Phoned 'em back. Delivery driver on his way back out again. Gets to the door. "Sorry, guys. Ice on the road. Ended up doing a powerslide around a corner and it fell off the seat." I'm thinking "Yeah, yeah, excuses.."

 

Opened the box and it was all mushed up to one side.. Yeah, story is more believable now xD

He probably just threw the package in the bushes in the centre of the roundabout and put it down as 'delivered and left in a safe place'.
