Yes! It has fixed it for us.

Still waiting for ours to update. Once they're updated I think disabling the auto update is my next job!

You could deploy the updated MSI to save a bit of time (if it's urgent?).

Thankfully I hadn't rolled out v47 yet as I was changing AV provider and had all other updates on hold. PDQ has 47.0.2526.80 ready to go this morning so I shall test and roll out today. New versions of Chrome, Flash, Air, Silverlight C++ runtime and .Net 4.6.1. What could possibly go wrong....

 

The key to disable updates btw is this one

You could deploy the updated MSI to save a bit of time (if it's urgent?).

 

Its not urgent now, I've moved everyone back onto IE! I got sick of the complaints and its taken a fair while to sort out a pretty major bug.
