None of them will show any kid of online vedoe, be it a news site, yourtube or iplayer. We get a "Loading Video" screen for a while then it returns to teh video launch screen. Any ideas?

hardtailstar Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Are they attached to computers or laptops? Is there a docking station connected to it? Reason I ask is because at my last school we had some docking stations attached to Promethean boards and had to downgrade the drivers to be able to show videos from any source.
SteveHolley Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 We have exactly the same problem. I have dropped all the filters, no difference. The advert videos seem to play on YouTube, but not the main ones. It just attempts to load but fails. One of our schools claims that YouTube via the built-in browser used to work?
