Exchange Online ABP

Hi guys/gals,

 

I want to do ABP for our online Exchange and I'm kind of stuck with this one. All staff and pupil emails are in one bag and when kids look up teachers it shows their first name. The SMT doesn't want that (why? I don't know), can anyone link me a guide on how to set up an ABP policy so that only the first letter of the name and surname shows up? So instead of having "John Smith" I'd like to see "J Smith". This has to be done in power shell.
