High winds force an Easyjet plane to land at an angle due to high winds in Inverness

That happens quite a lot...

There's a cockpit video on my Facebook somewhere of my mate Bob bringing a 737 into, I think, Las Vegas. At one point, both pilots are looking out the right hand side window because they are so skewed to the runway.

Lets just say I have a lot of respect for Bob!

This isn't him - his privacy settings are too high to share it, but this is the place and a similar plane!

This happens every day, it's a complete non issue for the pilots, that was a perfect landing in difficult conditions, which they can do over and over again day in day out.

That may be so, but to non pilots its an incredible sight. Kind of like being in awe of F1 drivers.
