Annoying Ruckus issue

Hi everyone,

 

We have a small but annoying issue with our ruckus wireless guest passkey generation system. I have spoken to a lady from Ruckus but they want to reset my ZD3000 back to factory defaults which seams a little overkill for such a minor problem. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and could point me in the right direction to fix it.

 

When we generate a guest access passkey, its works fine. However, when we select print passkey information it doesn't pick up the generated key only its just display the demo key AAAAA-BBBBB. So we have to wriyte it down on a post it and give it to the guest. Annoying but not the end of the world. I have attached a screenshot of it so you can see what I mean.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

If you manually type the guestpass key in the box rather than accepting the generated one does it still fail?

The key works, it just doesn't appear on the page we hand out to visitors and there is no way of manually editing that.

Its almost like the html page generated cant see the (GUEST PASS) variable. So its either blocked or not registering. If that makes sense.

Yep Tried, IE10 & 11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera all do the same thing.
