Blocking Chrome custom look

Hi all, did a search but couldn't find anything on this.

 

We have Chrome locked down with an ADM, however students can still log into gmail with their personal email and chrome will copy any look they have set up on their home PC This results in students having the area around the address bar customised along with the new tab page.

 

Has anyone found a way to block Chrome from picking up the custom settings?

you can block them from signing in with the GPO
