Lenovo - Argh!!!!

Over the past year or so we have purchased 15-20 pieces of Lenovo kit. I have registed them all online and up until recently I could logon to the Lenovo website and see all of our devices and where we're up to with the warranties etc.

 

However, I can no longer find our devices when I login. I have tried all of the published Lenovo telephone numbers and spoken to umpteen amout of poeple about this but no one seems to have a clue what I'm going on about. They think I'm having issues registering products!

 

Does anyone have a fullyenglish speaking contact at Lenovo that I could contact about this before I start slagging them off on every bit of social media etc I can gain access too>

Mind that said in view of the fact their kit seems to be made in China and the way China has firstly treated the UK over steel but also their insistence in maltreating and eating dogs not to mention the way our Government seems to be handing the keys to Britain's nuclear power to them and the French I'm purposefully trying to avoid buying anything Made in China now.

 

We haven't had to use their support of recent months anyhow as almost all our kit is now out of warranty! That said when we did it was an IBM number we called and they then hived it off as a Lenovo. The support was ok but they persisted n treating me as if I knew little more than how to turn the computer on and insisting that their supplied OS and bloat ware was used without any support available if I'd reimaged! Defo not on my shopping list if I'm in the market for new kit anytime in the future.

I'm purposefully trying to avoid buying anything Made in China now.

 

Good luck with that. The vast majority of tech stuff seems to be being made in China at the moment.
