GuyJD Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I have the same issue, the application doesn't completely crash but parts of it will stop working like the pen functionality.
MarcLister Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 We recently got some Smart 4065s for our new build. I was told not to install Smart Notebook 15.1 or even 15 as there is a bug in the drivers. I installed Smart Notebook 14 and that's been fine so far.
Michael Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Have you tried repairing Smart Notebook? Also is libAdaptiveUI.dll unique/new to later Smart versions or all? I did have a look at Smart Notebook 15, but on a pretty average workstation, the lag was unbelievably bad.
johnhart96 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 I have spoken to SMART and they have confirmed it is a problem with NetSupport School using the same ports.
Matt_NetSupport Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Hi John, this is Matt from NetSupport, I am surprised that SMART are saying this, however more than happy to help you sort it out. The default ports for NetSupport are registered with the IANA but are also configurable. PM me if you are still having issues and we can work it out.
