Hi

 

Is there anyway that we should be able to add the SEN Co-ordinator to the list of linked adults when sending a message via the student profile? All other "agents" are listed but not this contact!

 

Please help ... anyone?

As long as the user has permissions in SM7 then yes.

 

SEN messages can be sent for SEN students but the user requires the permissions to access the SEN section and SEN details for that student. This is the same for SEN reminders.

No I don't think this is what I mean.

 

When you go into a student profile and then from the links panel on the right click "send message" all linked adults including Parents, Teachers , Progress Leader and Agents are listed here. Is there anyway the SEN Co-ordinator can be listed within that group?
