Hi PhilNeal Thank you for your response. No I don't think this is what I mean. When you go into a student profile and then from the links panel on the right click "send message" all linked adults including Parents, Teachers , Progress Leader and Agents are listed here. Is there anyway the SEN Co-ordinator can be listed within that group?

Hi Is there anyway that we should be able to add the SEN Co-ordinator to the list of linked adults when sending a message via the student profile? All other "agents" are listed but not this contact! Please help ... anyone? Thank you Deb
