Smartboard Unifi35 - Not turning on

Good Morning Guys,

 

Bit of a weird one, we have unifi 35 today that refuses to turn on, but isn't giving any errors etc.

 

Just does its normal cycle (flashing green on unifi, and the multi-colour strobe on board), in a loop a few times and then goes back to standby.

 

Tried swapping the lamp out (although no red light) but still same.

 

Any random thoughts before a sledgehammer?

My first answer would be bin it, we've had these in the past on they were truly awful.

 

My helpful answer is, refer to page 65, turn and unplug the projector off at every possible point. Failing that, have a browse through the manual!

The ones we had always looked like they were in 16 bit colour too, never understood why

No go still, taken it fully down, taken smartboard off it nothing plugged into projector at all and same issue.

 

The status code (on the bottom of the projector not board):

 

 

Anyone know of any UK support for Smart? Can only find their American details (even the UK number seems to be american)

Contact your reseller. Our reseller's reseller's distributor is Steljes- who were the people who repaired one of our boards when it became faulty recently. I'd check with your reseller first though as they may have a different support provider/agreement. Edited October 13, 2015 by dry
