Hi,

I am trying to set up a set of iPads for a primary school, I've managed to get 4 setup and download the basic Apple Apps - Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and Garageband but when I try to do anymore the App store asks for £7.99. They've got a basic setup no profiles or anything yet and they all have their own Apple ID.

I have also managed to get the IP address White listed so I can create all the Apple ID's I need.

Has anyone else had this problem, I can't find anything on the Apple Discussions pages.

Many thanks

Don't know if you have tried it yet but if you go to the app store, scroll down to the bottom and choose iPad App Collections and then Apps Made by Apple. It should allow you to download them if the iPad was bought after September 2014 (I think that is the date)

If not you can also plug them into iTunes and install the Apps you have downloaded like iMove, pages etc.

You can also make sure they are registered with your iTunes account by going to supportprofile.apple.com and adding the serial numbers.

Hope that helps.
