Smoothwall GPO not applying

I have two of my admins that dock their laptops during the day. For some reason they're not pulling the Smoothwall authentication GPO that sits at our domain level. Those that are on desktops seem to be pulling fine. Any reason why they would not be pulling correctly? Even tried a gpupdate while docked to be sure, had no affect.

Do a gpresult on the client so you can see what might be happening - are they wired or wireless?

I fixed the issue. The wifi was taking precedence as the primary network device. I had to make a change in the Dell BIOS to disable the WLAN when a LAN connection was present. This allowed the GPO to execute properly.
