himji Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Hi I've had a request to install Hot Potatoes. I've got nothing against it but it's looking a little old now and hasn't been updated since the days of windows 3.1x by looking at it. Does anybody know if there a more modern alternative available? Preferably online Thanks Himesh
LeightonJames Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I've not touched this software since 2003 O.o Can't even remember what it did lol. I'm sure there are some online alternatives though.
elsiegee40 Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 The website says they stopped supporting it in 2013, but you can download it for free http://hotpot.uvic.ca
edmokeski Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Used to be great, especially for MFL, but well old now. I would also be interested in knowing about a modern alternative.
Sylv3r Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 We used it way back but I am also after an alternative - i've looked and failed so I am also interested in whether theres something out there.

AJWhite1970 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Wow, that's a blast from the past!!! Not used it, but one of my teachers uses this:- Online Cloze Test Creator - Create gap-filling exercises, drag & drop, dropdown and multiple choice quizzes Might be similar Andrew
