Hello

We have had web printing enabled for iPads for awhile now seamlessly, but our secondary mac server was starting to get slow so we updated it to Yosemite and all well and good its now fast again. But I cant seem to get the web printing working. I have tried everything on their support side and email their support (onto the 5th? person who asked the same questions). Any idea what it could be. I have reinstalled the newest version of papercut on the mac and it seems to be all there.

Version : 15.0

Build : 32334

Thanks in advance

Are both Windows and Mac servers running the same version of PaperCut or different versions? Anything in the application log for the jobs you are sending?

Sorry probably didn't explain fully, we can't send jobs as when we go to the Papercut printing app no printers appear. Our mac is on 15.2 just found out (as our supplier gave us the newest version) and main server is on 15.0

Have you turned off IPv6 on the Mac server? V15 doesn't seem to play nicely with it at present. It needs to be turned off and not just local link either.

Just turned it off on both wifi and Ethernet still no luck

Is it worth updating papercut to 15.2?

I would have both servers running on the same version.

Have you installed the print queues back on your Mac following the upgrade (not sure if the upgrade process removes these).
