[sims] HR Solutions for MATs

Hi,

 

As a fairly newly formed MAT one of things we will be soon turning our attention to is looking for an HR solution that can be used across the schools in the trust as well as at trust level.

 

What do other trusts use for HR and which HR solutions can interface with SIMS?

 

Is there a list somewhere?

Downvote for iTrent. Expensive, steep learning curve, adds too many hoops. Local HR team avoided it even though it was foisted on them by the university that acquired the college.

The trainer couldn't explain how it would link up with payroll (maybe that was a plugin) but training company should be aware of the options.
