[windows software] Can't find KMS keys in my Open Value Subscription

Can anyone help?

 

I've logged in to the MS Volume Licensing Service Center and when I expand "Office Professional Plus 2013 with SP1" by selecting the "KEYS" icon it only shows me a MAK code.

 

There is a KMS code showing but it's for an expired Open Value Subscription - not my current one!

 

 

Any ideas?

They changed it slightly last year I believe so that you have to request them.

If you ring support on 0800 9179016, option 4 then 1 I believe and ask them to add them in for you they usually do it there and then.
