SIMS Quick Letter design?

Hi, apologies if this has already been asked before but how do you customise and deploy the Quick Letter template for all users across the network?

 

We don't just want one user to edit them template for themselves. We want the schools header logo, etc on every Quick Letter template on every machine (or ideally just one in a shared location).

I get one right and then copy and paste it into the relevant directory for every computer that needs it. Typically only half a dozen I believe.

So I could create some sort of batch file that copies it to each folder from a shared location...

The other thing to consider is producing a number of standard letters in the report generator and then placing them into favourites. Favourites can be a home page widget.
