Dbupgrade details?

Hi,

I need to run a patch on our FMS through DBupgrade this weekend.

When inputting the details (in DBupgrade)

 

Servername:

Database:

Sims Username:

Password :

 

For FMS upgrades is this the FMS Database? or do you use the SIMS database?

Also, It says "Sims Username", do i use my Sims admin details or Finance admin details?

 

Havemt dont one of these for a while, can wait till Monday to speak to LA but could do with doing it tomorrow

database name of fms and as for username.....it wants a username that can authenticate to the fms database, ignore the fact it says sims and use an fms login. had to do a few patches out of hours myself this weekend too (albeit on our sims one)

Here is an example if the server is called simsserver and the SQL instance is called SIMS_2008 the servername is simsserver\sims_2008

if the database is SIMS_School this would read SIMS_School

SIMS username and password: We use the SA account and password.
