Add an Image to Corporate signature in Exchange 2010

I am trying to add a corporate image to default email signature in Exchange 2010, without success.

 

If I use:

 

logo.jpg

 

Where do I put the actual logo.jpg?

 

I have tried using

\\servername\sharename\logo.jpg</p

 

But that isn't working either.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

You'd need to make it an externally accessible image. For example I host the image at schoolname.co.uk/images/footer.jpg

 

then http://schoolname.co.uk/images/footer.jpg

Your other option is to convert the jpg to base64 and embed that instead. The XHTML output from this is somewhat useful - https://www.base64-image.de/

If you want images to be linked to, like suggested by @fairm010, you would need them hosted on a web server, yes. Does your organisation have a website? Can you get the image hosted on there?

@localzuk - Do you know much about Base64 images in email signatures? I've got my images converted, they display correctly when I view the htm file in a browser, but not in emails...
