Our DT teacher purchased himself a 3D printer from this company, and never have i had so many problems getting something working.

Support ticket with them has been open since the 9th of June. I've replied to that ticket 6 times, they've replied to it twice. Twice now i've had to go via their contact us page on the main website to tell them to reply to my ticket. 3 Months ago was my last response, 20 days ago i responded asking for an update still nothing....

Their stupid program defaults to the 64bit program files directory, when it needs to be in the 64bit one in order for the windows_drivers folder to appear wit hthe device drivers in. The 64bit driver doesn't work at all, constantly complains about it not being compatible, and on top of that i found a typo in the driver inf myself.

What sort of chimpanzees are creating this junk!?
