I am running Configurator 1.7.2 on a mac running Yosemite 10.10.5 and not had any issues upgrading supervised iPads to iOS9.0 and today 9.0.1

 

Am I the lucky one then?

 

Yeah I'm trying to understand what I was doing wrong, did you add the IPSW manually like @Brimstone suggested? I didn't to start with and that's why I was having problems. Also mine were brand new devices fresh out of the box. Never supervised before.

No all automated. I do have another 25 to get set up once I have got the current devices all updated however so will see how they go!
