[ipad] attachments

Hi All,

 

I'm having problems trying to open attachments on the iPad. When I try to open an attachment like word, it will automatically close the mail app. When I try to download an excel file, it will stay at "Tap to Download".

 

I have removed the exchange account from the mail app several times, restarted and closed the app. Still having the same issue. The iPad has got the latest updates and OS installed.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?
