Exchange 2013 Hybrid

Is anyone using Exchange 2013 in Hybrid mode along with Office 365?

 

What has been your main advantage to doing this?

Not using it yet but have it booked to be completed in a few weeks time. I am very much in favour of cloud email (no file size restrictions, less servers to worry about etc...) but my headmaster is not sure so getting it setup on the sly.

Going to run some users such as year 7 and my self so when I bring it up again I can say "they have been using it for months and no issues (hopefully).
