Impero seems to be uninstalling Flash from all of our PCs :/

We had patch management enabled, I'd quickly set it up during summer but didn't get a proper chance to look at it in detail, at a quick glance it looked like it was doing what it should.

Fast forward to the start of term and I had many teachers telling me Flash player wasn't installed in their IT suites. Upon reinstalling Flash manually we found that it had vanished again within a few days.

Looking at the event logs of the affected PCs I can see MsiInstaller running and removing Flash but I cannot tell what's sending this instruction. I've come to the conclusion it's Impero because it's only effecting PCs on which we have the Impero client installed.

I have since disabled the Patch Management feature in Impero Server but it seems that it is still removing Flash installs, some of the rooms I installed Flash in this morning have already had it removed again. This is causing a nightmare across the school as many websites (rightly or wrongly) depend on Flash to function.

I'm a bit desperate, I can't get through to Impero support, can anyone here offer any suggestions to prevent Impero from removing Flash short of disabling Impero all together?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried disabling impero altogether from a PC just to be doubly sure that's the cause?

I'm sure that's one of the first things their support will ask...?
