YHGFL VPN not working for a few days

Can someone let me know if YHGFL are having issues with the vpn it was working a few days ago but I am now unable to connect via my cisco vpn client

has the address changed?

 

I get the login box but once I put my name and password in including my crptocard number I can not connect.

Are you able to raise a call with our help desk on either 0300 3038960 or email [email protected] and someone will be able to advise you?

Having checked, the server is running okay at present, although it is end of life and due to be retired. Have you considered migrating to the SMS vpn system?
