EvLPhenom Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 Afternoon all, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend me any good companies that do printer maintenance. I have done a quick google and i am waiting for replies off a couple of them for prices. At the minute we are just looking for a one off call out for a HP Colour Laserjet 4600. Also any good or bad experiances with any companies so i know who to avoid. Thanks in advance. Andrew
Diello Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 We frequently use LaserLife http://www.laserlife.co.uk/home/ - always been great for us.
rush_tech Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 We use a company called St.Gallen based at Kirkby in Ashfiled, they do a good job
mrforgetful Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 I do it myself as much as possible. Check out the following sites to see if you can do it: HP Service Manuals Help and Guidance Spare Parts and Maintenance Kits
EvLPhenom Posted January 9, 2008 Author Posted January 9, 2008 Thanks alot for all of your suggestions. I will be getting in contact with a few of them today.
Andie Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 We have used a company called Utilize twice in the last 4 years (we don't have many problems), both for HP laserjet 220 printers. I and the teachers who were in the classrooms where the printers were have been very impressed with them. They are quick, polite and report back to you at the end of their visit. I think their prices seem good. Link below: http://www.utilize-printer-repairs.co.uk/repair_rates.html
IWDave Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 We frequently use LaserLife http://www.laserlife.co.uk/home/ - always been great for us. I, more like they, spotted me at BETT2014 (Stand E301), and were talking to me about their service. How exactly does it work (for you at least)? Is it truly satisfactory as they make out? Cheers Dave
