[sims] Examination Organiser - Won't print A4

Right this is a strange problem and it's really starting to annoy me as I can't see why its doing it.

 

When printing Candidate Statement of Results it defaults to MP tray on printer

 

• The paper size is set to A4 Portrait
  
• The Tray is set to Tray 1 (Which has A4 Paper)
  

 

When it prints there Printer (OKI 2632) will say size mismatch and need to load paper manually into the MP tray. Everything on the Application/Printer/Print Server is set to A4 so why would it just be this program that decided to ignore that?

 

Anyone else having problems with this?

Is the Tray set up for A4 paper? I've found that the tray paper holders, if a little bit off, will register as a size mismatch.

Yes, all the holders are set correctly. Even If a select a different printer to print to it will still print to the Default printer.

 

e.g. lets say I have two printers

 

PTR001 (Set as default in Control Panel)

PTR002

 

Exam Organiser is configured to use PTR002 (Focus > Printer Setup)

 

I click Print. PTR002 is selected. Click OK. It prints to PTR001..... what the hell!
