2nd Line SupportTechnician - LondonSCP 25 – 29 (£25,620 - £28,845) per annum + LocalGovernment Pension

Oasis Community Learning is one of the largest and fastest growing multi-Academy sponsors in England, with 43 Academy schools opened since 2004.Our mission is to create and sustain a network of excellent learningcommunities where pupils can realise their full potential.Weare now looking to appoint a 2nd Line Support Technician to work inour National Office in London. Oasishave an ITIL Service Desk, with the 2nd Line Engineer dealing withescalations from the 1st Line Team and from our Academies. You will be working mainly with Microsofttechnologies, including Office 365 and Azure.

The successful candidatewill:

· havea strong technical background

· experienceof working within ITIL processes and procedures

· be an enthusiastic customer service provider

· possess sound problem solving and analytical skills

· be willingto work shift patterns and travel between sites

· havegood attention to detail for completing scheduled checks and updates
