Oasis Community Learning is one of the largest and fastest growing multi-Academy sponsors in England, with 43 Academy schools opened since 2004.Our mission is to create and sustain a network of excellent learningcommunities where pupils can realise their full potential.Weare now looking to appoint a 2^nd Line Support Technician to work inour National Office in London. Oasishave an ITIL Service Desk, with the 2^nd Line Engineer dealing withescalations from the 1^st Line Team and from our Academies. You will be working mainly with Microsofttechnologies, including Office 365 and Azure.

The successful candidatewill:

· havea strong technical background

· experienceof working within ITIL processes and procedures

· be an enthusiastic customer service provider

· possess sound problem solving and analytical skills

· be willingto work shift patterns and travel between sites

· havegood attention to detail for completing scheduled checks and updates
