Hi,

We're having a slight problem where, now that we've migrated to Office 365, our students don't just normally get their e-mails on their devices. Instead, they have to download the Outlook app, and join it up that way.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? If so, what do you suggest?

You sure you've got the right settings set on their devices? If you mean like the built in clients etc?

What's an example set up as settings wise?

Hi Steve,

On our machines, the e-mail works fine, it's only on the mobile devices where it fails. When we put all of the same settings which we would normally put (bare in mind, it was my colleague who completed this migration, I was away), it says "Authentication failed". Perhaps I am putting something wrong, but I guess it's a case of, I need to find what I'm putting wrong. Any ideas?

Currently, we have our server address as we would normally have set it up pre-migration.
