RogerCorrigan Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Hi Everyone, When creating a new individual report or opening an existing one in SIMS, a message "Unable to download the student template file" appears when attempting to open the word template. Any Ideas??
Michael Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Is this anything to do with the SIMS temp directory located in the root of documents? There should be some templates in this directory, which are created in the user context when SIMS is run.
